Experienced windows start up problems on my nine year old laptop computer. Paid a deposit & informed I could collect the laptop at the end of the week. Given a quote on what was suspected to be the problem & informed it may not be repairable. Duly informed that hard drive needed replacing & was done within the original quote. Finally got around to taking my ageing PC into Dave for a software health check as it was running so slow with lots of issues. He diagnosed it as likely to die imminently so recommended a new harddrive but I decided to just replace the PC as my PC was not compatible with the impending windows 11. Brilliant service: no tutting and head shaking when I couldn’t remember my password! Spent time at the pre-op stage, finding out what problems I was having with the machine, and then patiently and clearly explaining what he would try to do. Very quick turnaround, and fair pricing. Highly recommended …very informative. Kept up to date with progress very reasonable pricing. Took my daughters lap top in had seen better days needed re attaching keypad to screen and new camera. What a refreshing find. Fantastic advice , and superb service. My laptop was in a sorry state, software fix, no files lost  or apps. Hard drive grade, computer lid replaced, hinges replaced , battery replaced . All on quoted time and a superb price to boot. Runs like a dream now . Thankyou, should be every ones go to place .
